Desk Stretch

You can do rejuvenating and de-stressing yoga in a chair. Class focuses on relieving common aliments of the office worker such as neck/shoulder tension, low back discomfort and wrist strain. Chair yoga is an amazing way to get all the benefits of yoga when you don’t have space for a traditional mat class.

Meditation

This instructor-led class will create deep mental stillness. Meditation has been shown to increase quality of life, lower blood pressure, reduce stress and tap into hidden reserves of concentration and creativity.
